Products and Solutions

Three product lines come from one adsorbent material platform. We show which products are available now and which are still in development.

PLATFORM

One material, three product lines

Built on activated carbon fiber (ACF) and MOF@Fiber, each product changes the adsorbent layer configuration and form to suit its use.

01 · INDUSTRIAL AIR FILTER Available

ACF cartridges and
industrial air filters

Filters that use activated carbon fiber (ACF) and MOF@Fiber as the adsorbent layer. Because the material is a fiber, they can be made as cartridges, panels and other forms that fit the equipment.

The basic structure is multi-layered: a pre-filter and HEPA at the front remove particles, and the adsorbent layers behind them handle harmful gases.

Industrial filters are produced and supplied by the affiliate K-Space Solution.

Replacement and regeneration

  2. Use
  3. Check
  4. Replace or regenerate

Replacement timing depends on the target gas, concentration and air flow, and regenerable cartridges are regenerated and reused.

02 · VOCs COLLECTOR Available

A mobile collector
that stays at the work site

Painting, welding and cleaning release volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and harmful gases. The VOCs collector is placed close to the work position, draws in polluted air and filters it.

Inside are front filters that remove particles and an activated carbon fiber adsorbent layer. The filter configuration and specifications are agreed to suit site conditions.

VOCs collectors are produced and supplied by the affiliate K-Space Solution.

03 · CO₂ REMOVAL MODULE In development

Carbon dioxide builds up
in closed spaces

In spaces cut off from outside air, such as advanced air mobility cabins, submarines and naval compartments, carbon dioxide rises as people breathe.

Power and installation space are tight in these places, so instead of heavy, bulky equipment they need compact devices that can be used again and again.

We are developing a module that holds carbon dioxide on an adsorbent and then regenerates the material to release it, so it can be used repeatedly.
